The Catholic Church recognizes that parents are the first educators of their children, and that a child's understanding of God's love and forgiveness is best experienced within the family. This school year will be a very special year for you and your child. We are looking forward to working with you as we prepare your child for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist.

Preparation for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist
- Second grade students with two years of Religious Education through a Catholic school or parish school of religion are inivited to register for Sacramental Preparation. Our preparation for First Reconciliation begins in September and is celebrated in November. First Eucharist preparation begins in February and is celebrated in the spring.
- The Catholic Church recognizes that parents are the first educators of their children, therefore preparation includes an orientation with parents, parent and child sessions, take home materials and retreats. We are looking forward to working with you to prepare your child for the important events of First Reconciliation and First Eucharist.
- According to Diocesan Guidelines, Sacramental Preparation must take place in the parish in which you are registered.
